VAT REFUND
If you are a citizen of a non-EU country and received an order with VAT (delivery to a country within the EU), then you can get a refund of the VAT that you paid. In order to do that, you have to send us the original invoice with a stamp from the customs of the country in EU, you are leaving, when travelling back to your homeland. This document needs to be sent to AQUARIB latest 2½ months after the goods have been exported outside the EU.
We charge an administration fee of EUR 15 per invoice, which will be subtracted from the refunded VAT.
